Hi Reuel, this was occuring on the 2.3 beta and as we have now moved to 3.0.5 and havent seen the same issue in the lab or reported on the forum we are going to close the ticket we opened for it (4784). If this is still an issue for you please advise.
Yours sincerely

Reuel,
I didn't see your PM until today, but I have looked at the files and can see some strange things happening. I have passed it on the developers and will let you know what they find.

Hi Reuel,
To be able to investigate this issue we really need to reproduce it on our system here, then we can try to figure out where it is going wrong.
We will need the name of the missing clip and the timecode that it should be present as well as an fcpxml and the accompanying media (which could be very large). In order to make it smaller, it would be great if you could find shot that goes missing that is from a small video/audio file, then duplicate your project and trim it down to a few seconds either side of that clip and try converting that. Hopefully the clip will still be missing in Pro Tools and if it is, then we would need the fcpxml from the trimmed project and the media files that are referenced in it.
I can give FTP details in a private message if you would like to provide the files to us in that way?

I'm actually having this exact same problem as well. Some clips have not been showing up in Pro Tools and I can't figure out why that's the case. We had to do the same workaround of bringing in missing clips manually.
Have there been any updates on this issue? I'd be happy to provide any more info you need in order to get to the bottom of this as it's really making this workflow unreliable.

Hello,
I tried searching through the forums for similar problems, but didn't seem to find any. Lately when I've been using X2ProLE (especially since FCPX 10.1 and 10.1.1), there have been a handful of audio clips that just simply do not show up for my sound mixer in ProTools. I can't seem to find any pattern with the missing clips; some of them have temporary Final Cut effects applied, most don't. Some of them are part of synchronized video clips, some are just connected audio clips. I can't figure it out, and it's really slowing down our workflow. The only workaround I can figure is to simply send him all of the missing audio clips individually, then he has to manually add them back in and sync them back up. Please help!
