In your movies folder there is a file called "Macintosh HD's projects and events" that was created when you updated from an older version of FCP X to one that uses Libraries. This file in your movies folder isn't really a file, it's a folder that contains other files and folders, OS X hides that from you though and presents it as a single file. If you wanted to see the contents of the folder, you can view the contents of the "bundle" folder by ctrl+clicking it and choosing to "Show Package Contents".
X2Pro doesn't know that this folder is presented as a file, so it's asking you for a folder that you can't select (you can only select folders as media locations, not things that appear to be files). The solution is to select the containing folder (your "Movies" folder) which will give X2Pro access to every file within that folder and all subfolders.
