The clip called "Website" is a MOV file. X2Pro will only reference WAV files, all other audio must be embedded.
You have chosen to "Reference WAV files in place" and when "Handling media that can't be referenced", you have told X2Pro to "Generate an error and don't create AAF file".

You have two options:
- Create an AAF where all audio is embedded by unticking "Reference WAV files in place"
- Create an AAF where WAV audio is referenced and all other audio is embedded by choosing to "Embed the media, optionally trimming" when "Handling media that can't be referenced"
