Upgrading from LE to Pro

X2ProLE v2.5.1 is now available for download from the Mac App Store. This version contains a fix that enables the Pro upgrade to work properly again.

Can you please send me the console log from your machine that covers the time that you made the purchase and the upgrade failed?

Same problem for me. When i updated an app i could not restore pro purchase. It says that i did in a dialogue box, but functions still limited.

I have exactly the same problem (as the comment before) and need an answer I purchased but the app still says x2Pro Audio Convert LE in the top bar, Why is this so confusing?

The "upgraded" version does not allow me to trim embedded audio & makes massive files 720Mgs for 3 minute clip, this seems clearly wrong to me and the app so far is not called anything other than x2Pro Audio convert LE. This does seem to still be the LE version to me.
I have tried to re-buy the upgrade but the app store tells me the upgrade is already purchased. I have also tried the Restore Pro Upgrade function but the app tells me its upgraded. What an earth is going on? I feel like I have lost my money here.

Would also be a great help if there was a contact page rather than this forum... Is there anybody out there or are we all just bits of digital flotsam in a confused and dark digital ocean?

I guess this is obvious but I am slow on this. I just bought the Upgrade inside of the LE app. The payment went through and everything seems fine. But I really dont get any pro functionality. Do I need to re-install the application or what do I need to do to get the upgrade to work?
