unable to parse fcpxml file to obtain information

Are you trying to create an fcpxml that was created by FCP X or by Resolve?

Can you attach your fcpxml file please?

OSX v10.9.5
Davinci Resolve Lite 10
Final Cut Pro X 10.1.1

So far I've done the following....
-Cut feature film in fcpx
-sent to davinci resolve 10 lite for color corrections (via fcpxml file)
- I've tried to convert audio from both davinci and fcpx and I keep getting this alert when selecting my fcpxml source files into X2Pro audio converter
"unable to parse fcpxml file to obtain information"
I need to get audio files to my engineer in pro tools, this process has been very stressful

please help!
