It looks like the error message you are getting is the same as another user in this forum post

What worked for them was to add their main hard disk to the Media Locations. Can you please go into X2Pro Preferences window and the Media Locations tab, then add your main hard disk (Probably called "Macintosh HD"). Once you have done this, can you try conversion again and let me know whether you get the same error?

No AAF file has been generated.

Why does one error stop the AFF from being created? Seems like it should make the AAF and eliminate the files that could not be created. This is a headache trying to get past all the errors when i could be working now and deal with the files that did not come through in another way.

First time using this product and not going well,
