Sorry that you didn't get a response in your other thread earlier.
I have responded just now with a suggestion
, but if I am too late, you should be able to get a refund by contacting Apple directly.

i had to use X to 7 to get the files your software missed. Kind of defeats the whole purpose.
No response here to my eerier questions. Looks like it is time to ask Apple for my money back.
