Great will do.
FWIW we have about 4 exports to do and on the subsequent exports the setting has been sticking when rechecked??? Will have a loo to see if it could be related to the XML but I don't see have that could be. . .

OK, let me know how that goes.
Just in case the preferences have gotten in a bad state; If you are confident that you know what you are doing inside OS X's hidden folders, you can reset X2Pro's preferences by deleting the "com.MarquisBroadcast.X2Pro-Audio-Convert" folder from "~/Library/Containers"

iIn the preferences media handling tab we are setting it to "Generate an error and don't create AAF file" . When we close the preference and reopen it the check button has moved to the "Embed the media" selection! Is there any reason for this?
