I can't open it in Logic X without the media, so I can't see it going out of sync, but I did notice that there is a transition in Pro Tools, but not Logic, just before the clip where I think you are saying that it goes out of sync.
Have you tried enabling the option to "Discard transitions" in the preferences to see if that fixes the sync issue?

It looks like a problem with Logic interpreting the AAF. It looks fine in Pro Tools. See attached screen grab

I have an AAF that when opened tracks 3 and 4 are knocked out by 8 frame about 2 and a half minutes in. Can I send through the xml and screen grabs?
