Les,
You also sent us an email saying that the mixed sample rates is causing sync issues in Pro Tools. This is likely to be cause the option to apply sample rate conversion is turned on in Pro Tools when you are importing the AAF.
Choosing to apply sample rate conversion in the Import Session Data window changes the sample rate of the clips that are extracted from the AAF, but it also seems to retime them for some reason. For this reason applying SRC on import is best avoided.

Hi Les,
You do have three different audio sample rates in your project, examples are:
X2Pro doesn't re-sample audio, so the project's "Audio Sample Rate" has no effect on what is put in the AAF.
It shouldn't be a problem having mixed sample rates; Pro Tools copes fine with mixed audio sample rates in a single project.

- 48kHz: /Volumes/AGH BACKUP/Final Cut Events/sc 1/Original Media/2014-06-30 06_18_16 (id).mov
- 96kHz: /Volumes/AGH BACKUP/Final Cut Events/sc 3/Original Media/SCENE1_934_st.wav
- 44.1kHz: /Volumes/AGH BACKUP/Final Cut Events/attic/Original Media/ZOOM0001.wav

The AAF from X2pRO i am sending my sound guy says there are three audio sample rates, when there is just one (48k, as you can see in the screenshot).
Any idea why this is happening?
thanks,
Les
