Tracks not alligned, no volume information

Hi

I just purchased X2pro and I'm having some trouble. I have a short film with compound clips with connected multi channel audio (usually 4 mono) I also have some slowmotion video (with audio turned off) in the compound clips.

The files are coming into Logic misaligned and over lapping each other.

Not sure if this is maybe from compound clips or maybe from the slomo clips or something else?

I've attached screen shots of my FCPx project, and Logic project, you can see in FCPx audio is usually just the 1 track at a time with the exception of some added room tone, where in logic there are files everywhere.
