The problem in both the fcpxmls that you provided is because of two clips:
I removed them both from the fcpxmls and I am then able to import them into FCP, and convert them using X2Pro.
I'm not sure how you have got in a situation where they are badly described in the fcpxml, I suggest you try removing them from your project and library and then try adding them back in again to see if the same thing happens.
Please let us know how that goes.

Please don't post the same thing in two places in the forum, and don't hijack unrelated threads. I've removed you other post and moved the attached fcpxml to your post here.
Your fcpxmls both look invalid. When I tried to open them in FCP X, I got a very similar error message to the one that X2Pro displays (see attached picture).
I'm looking into whether there is a way to edit the fcpxml so that X2Pro is able to convert it...

Unable to parse FCP XML file to obtain project information
Details:
Found an audio-source element that does not define source channels
Suggestions:
- Ensure that the file is not locked by another application and is readable;
- Ensure that this is a valid FCP XML file from a released version of FCP X;
- Ensure that this is the export of a Project, not of a Library or Event;
- Ensure that this is not an empty project (or that all audio is disabled);
