Unable to Parse XML file from simple 15 second Promo

As I posted the message, I suddenly realized - with the implementation of FCPX allowing XLM files to be created from 'Libraries' - thatI had exported the XML from an incorrect source instead of a Project.

Can you please copy & paste the error message (the text in error messages is selectable, so copy & paste the text, please don't do a screen grab) into a reply and also attach your fcpxml.

I have 2 promos edited sourced from the same footage (format: DVCPRO and ProRes422) with Voice over in .wav format but cannot get X2Pro to parse the file correctly. I"ve looked into permissions and that doesn't seem to make any difference either. I'm using FCPX 10.1.3 and X2Pro 2.5.1. Perhaps it's a conflict between the versions of each respective app?

If anyone has any idea what the problem can be, I'd greatly appreciate the help.
