Hello,
Does your user have permissions to write to the folder that you are trying to select as your destination folder?
If so, then can you try to select the folder again using the "Browse..." button inside the X2Pro application window?
If you get an error again, take a screen capture of the error and open the Mac Console and copy and send to me any of the details from around the time of the error for the X2Pro application that is in the log.

I get a Destination Folder Error. I can not select a destination folder, what do I have to do? I'm new on it.
It says: X2Pro was not able to set this folder as the AAF destination.
This may be as a result of a failure of an operating system service. Logging out and back in again may fix this.
What mean loggong out? I've quit X2Pro, FCP and my computer, but it still does not work.
