UNABLE TO PARSE XML

I have exactly followed the instructions on the website. The XML I have attached below is a regular export of the XML file. When I try to share directly, I get the below error and no file is produced. Before sharing, I click the project... What's the next step? Thanks for your first prompt reply.

The FCP XML file is not a valid project file. Please make sure that you have exported the project not any other item as an xml file.

Please help! Need to get it to sound mixer and submit before deadline this week!

I keep getting the error. I tried restarting the computer, but no luck. I have attached the XML file.
