Unable to parse FCP XML File

The cause of this error is much different than the other user's topic so i have moved it to a separate thread.

There was 2 invalid characters in Line 4 of your original FCPXML.
Line 4 of a normal FCPXML is supposed to look like this:
<fcpxml version="1.5">

But your original FCPXML looked like this:
<fcpxml version=«1.5»>
Notice the double arrow characters instead of the quotation marks.

I have gone in and edited your original XML and tried it in my system here and it is able to convert using X2Pro.
Give it a go on your system and let us know how it works.
