Sorry for the delay in response, this one turned out to be a little tricky to figure out at first.

Your fcpxml was invalid (proof is that FCP X wouldn't even import it).
After doing some digging we found that there were 4 clips that were used in the project, but had no reference for them in the XML.

The clip names that are causing it to be invalid are as follows:
Putatara_01
Purerehua_01
Ponga ihu, Hue_01
Ambience M Proverb- This clip actual exist 3 rimes in your project, so you will need to remove each instance.

If you could remove them from your project and re-insert them back in, and then export a new XML, you should have your problem resolved.

Please let us know how you get along.

Hi, No matter what I do I can't get my fcpxmls to work in X2Pro. please help. Im running fcpx 10.1.4 and I keep getting this message

Unable to parse FCP XML file to obtain project information

Details:
Getting asset with Id
Unable to find asset with Id
Suggestions:
- Ensure that the file is not locked by another application and is readable;
- Ensure that this is a valid FCP XML file from a released version of FCP X;
- Ensure that this is the export of a Project, not of a Library or Event;
- Ensure that this is not an empty project (or that all audio is disabled);

Can you please look at my xml and tell me what I'm doing wrong. Im selecting my project before Im exporting the xml.
