Hey Jeremy,
I would love to do that. I can send you a reference movie as well so you can see where it goes out of sync. How might I go about doing so? I can Hightail it to an email address if you can provide that address.
Mike

X2Pro Audio Convert is a cutting edge conversion application for delivering Final Cut Pro X projects to Avid Pro Tools for audio finishing. Other DAWs (like Logic Pro, Pyramix, Nuendo, etc) support the importing of an AAF created by X2Pro, but because the software (X2Pro) was built and qualified to work with Avid Pro Tools, there may be some parts from the AAF that are not processed correctly or as expected by the other DAWs.
If you could provide your FCPXML the AAF that X2Pro converted, and some timecodes of when you see the out of sync audio in Logic Pro, and I will try to verify that it is converting the project correctly and loads in Pro Tools correctly as well.

Hi Folks,
I have been using X2Pro to take short films out of FCPX and into LogicProX . For the second time in a row I have wound up with audio that is out of sync and I am not sure why. In both cases it happened on one dialogue track at about half way through the film. My process for exporting and importing is as follows...
Export XML from FCPX with Audio as the export setting.
Create a Logic project at 48kHz and 23.976 frame rate.
Import the AAF
On this last film I did have a couple speed changes and those showed up as unsupported in the export. At first I thought this might be the issue but the out of sync happens prior to the speed change. Additionally all the other tracks are staying in sync, including the 2 Pop and Tail Pop. I would be happy to send files your way if that might help.
Thanks,
Mike
