ERROR - X2Pro won't read FCP X XML

Can you tell us what version of X2Pro and FCP X you are using?

Can you please send me your FCPXML?
Also, can you make sure that you are selecting your project before choosing to "Export XML".

When I try to open the XML I get the attached error.
I tried stripping the file down to bare minimum, just one track of VO and it still doesn't work.
I need to deliver this to a sound guy asap and am in a bit of a crisis.
Can you help?
