It turned out to be the "Cinemon MXF"-plugin from Sony that blocked for X2Pro. When we removed that, X2Pro managed to use the AppleMXF-plugin.
We locked the Mac i Filewave, and deleted the Cinemon-plugin (MxfImport.component) from /Library/QuickTime
How about THAT!?

An error occurred converting Final Cut XML to AAF
Invalid track layout for asset AA190901
No AAF file has been generated.
X2Pro Audio Convert 3.0.2
FCPX 10.2.2
Mac OS 10.11.1
Trim handles = 6sec
I tried to delete this file and export another XML... I get the same error, but with another file.
I tried exporting from an other Project in a different Library and that worked perfectly
Can you contact me soon for a quick fix for this, because the deadline is really close for us!
ThanX!
