Hi Tob,
X2Pro should be able to link to the clips in the library and the other clips as long as X2Pro has access to where those source files are being stored. In the X2Pro preferences (CMD+,) you can add Media locations so X2Pro can access any media files in those locations.
X2Pro LE should work with the share function just fine.

I could not find anything on this subject so here I go.
I need to convert the audio from FCPX to AAF for Protools. The problem is that the FCOX Library is mixed with some footage in the library an some not. Will X2Pro take over the links to the correct files from FCPX or do I need to link all the files manually? I understood that if I'd go via XML I have to do this myself. How is it, if I do this via the share function of FCPX?
Next, question does the share function exist in X2Pro LE as well?
Thanks a lot
Cheers
Tob
