Have you had any communication from Apple about it? The refund must be claimed from Apple who actually sell the software not from us, we have no influence at all over Apple when refunds are requested.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with Worx4X and Apple will usually process your refund request quickly, please let us know if this doesn't happen. To answer your points about the limitations, I believe that the Worx4X website is explicit about the limitations which cover your situation, these are here:
worx4.com/Worx4-X/worx4-x-features.html
I'm sure that these limitations will be addressed in future so please check back and if we can help you in the future we would be happy to see you as a Worx4X customer again.

Hi
For a 52' documentary in UHD, going from 3,2Tera to 2,3 Tera
is far from what i was expecting…
Of course i've got coumpound clips and synchronised clips.
If they are not trimmable you must say it…loudly…if your product is not fully finished…you have to say it.
For me it doesn't do the job.
I was satisfied with X2pro and thought that will be the same with Worx4 X…SAD
Waiting for a commercial refund.
Thank you
