We are not aware of any problems with the update but that side of things is handled by Apple and not by us. What version are you upgrading from? Have you contacted Apple about the app store problem?

Apologies for the long delay,

We do have an update. Worx4 X 1.2.0 has been through testing and is being uploaded to the Appstore. It should be available as soon as Apple say its good to go.

The developers have been testing the new red sdk and it will hopefully fix the problem. They should have a new build of worx4 X ready for release soon.

here are the xmls, they will also be in the hightail but the clip is taking a bit of time ( long red clips is why we need to cut down the media)

I gave you a red file, and the 2 xmls (fcpx generated one i added fcpx to file name.

Hudson,
can you send us the XML and one of the files that fails please? It looks like the start or end timecode for these segments is being incorrectly extracted to the XML file. This is one of the clips which fails:
A002_C016_0921KZ
