Another incompatible file topic

Sorry to hear you are having problems with Worx4 X. Would you be able to send us your error messages/xml to take a look at? The script was created for an old version of the product to help us get around a Final Cut bug that used to occur.

I've been using this software sporadically because it always gives me relinking errors, I have looked into all the topics about it at just seems that there's no way of fixing it.
There is even a script (with no clear instructions on how to use it) and you expect that I use it to try to fix your bugged software?

Really disappointed with the app, the support and the company.
