The original XML has the same problem, X2Pro is processing the XML but there are invalid components in the original which get carried over to the Worx4 XML. Try reimporting the original XML into FCPX and you will see the same error as when you try to import the one from Worx4X. This is an Apple problem and you need to report it to them using the FCPX problem reporting system. We can provide any information to Apple that they need from us but as the exported FCP XML doesn't reimport they should be able to see where the problem is.

Hi Phil,

It looks like the xml is missing some key information. Would you be able to send us the original xml file and then the one that workx4X created as well the text document it should have created alongside it?

Many thanks,

Daniel

Any thoughts? Full error message here when trying to import a Worx4 XML back into Final Cut Pro 10.6.3:

"The media file cannot be imported. An offline clip was not created because of insufficient data. (frameDuration=<empty>: /fcpxml[1]/resources[1]/format[4])

No such file or directory"

Any help? Thanks folks!

- Phil
