X2PRO INSTANTLY CRASHES WHEN I OPEN MY FCPXML.v2

This is a bug that is fixed in the next version of X2Pro, which should be available soon. In the meantime, you can work around it by choosing to "Discard transitions" in the X2Pro Preferences window

I use X2Pro Audio Converter version 4.0.12.
I use Final Cut Pro X version 10.3.2.
I use iMac OS Sierra version 10.12.3.

My fcxml crashes X2Pro instantly, went to use a link that made a fcxml.fixed (a fixed fcxml) that worked for me last time an fcxml crashed X2Pro instantly. This time it didn't work, it did start the conversion of dcxml to AAF, but crashes a few seconds after.

Attaching the fcpxml (1. attachment) and the fcxml.fixed. (2. attachment). Cheers!
