Can you please try adding your system drive (Macintosh HD) to the Media locations in X2Pro's preferences, then try converting the project again.

When I try to générate an AAF file for opening in Nuendo for the final mix, I get the following alert. The FCPx timeline consiste of iPhone 6S Plus clips is 4K with 44.1 KHz audio

Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [Thierry in lane scratches] to AAF file
Opening audio extractor for portion 0 of asset [Thierry in lane scratches]
Failed to open bookmark for asset [Thierry in lane scratches]
Suggestion : ensure that the location for this file has been added to the Media Locations in the Preferences
No AAF file has been generated.
