Dear Cjitter,
Sorry your not happy, a ticket was raised in engineering, we did investigate but were unable to reproduce the issue at which point we got back to you within a day requesting the suspect MXF. Unfortunately it took us a while once we had the MXF to investigate it, not sure why there was there was such a delay but we will look into it and I apologise for that.
Regarding direct support, its a tricky one as there are 1000's of users, the only viable support model we could see is based on a forum where all users can see what is going on and the responses to resolve issues, we monitor and action the forum daily, if necessary creating a ticket and investigating further (possibly with the assistance of development).
When you refer to direct support are you thinking of something as formal as an annual support contract or a kind of pay as you go ? This would I assume have to be in addition to the current forum, and any investigations/actions would need to be detailed on the forum for other users ? Would welcome your or anyone else's thoughts on the matter.
Yours Sincerely
James

I didn't check if the computer had the Pro Video formats installed (but I guess so) nor tried the single file export since it was not my computer and I didn't have access to it.
Finally we got around the error exporting the project without the problematic mxf files.
So, I'll see if X2Pro works properly in the next project, not very happy at this point since we were in a hurry to deliver the product...
It would be great to have direct support instead of the forum.
Thank you.

Sorry for the slow response.
Do you have Pro Video Formats installed on the system running X2Pro? (See support.apple.com/en-us/HT204322 )
If you put a single mxf in a project and export the fcpxml, can X2Pro convert that project?
