jrigores,
We now have a version of X2Pro that uses the newest RED SDK so it should be able to convert your project that uses RED files created by new RED cameras and/or firmwares. Unfortunately we still can't get it into the app store without help from RED, but I would like to offer you a temporary licence for a version that is licensed outside of the app store, and isn't subject to the same restrictions.
If you want to try this version, let me know and I will forward you download details.

When I import that new clip into FCP, it says that it is 1 second long, and when I try to play it, FCP crashes.
I think the files are getting corrupted of failing part way through during upload to the FTP server, however I can tell that from the RMD files that you uploaded that these files are created by a firmware version that X2Pro is not compatible with.
We are unable to update the RED support in X2Pro at the moment due to the libraries from RED that it has to use being incompatible with the restrictions in place for apps sole on the app store.
The only workaround that we know of at the moment is to transcode your RED files to ProRes MOV files, but we are trying to get a better solution.

There is something wrong with the clip that you have uploaded. It shows as 0.08 seconds duration when I import it into FCP
Can you please try uploading it again?

Please upload it to:
ftp.marquisbroadcast.com
user - drop
password - h}JcdL_##re!ui9W
You will need to use an FTP client as you can't upload with Finder, we suggest filezilla. The folder is write only so you can't see anything that is in there already and can't download from it. Once uploaded the files will apparently disappear, that is fine.

600 megabytes is too large to email or for upload. If you meant 600k then please try again, we have had a couple of website problems this afternoon which have now been sorted out.

I tried several times to attach it but I keep getting an era message. The file is only 631MB but it keeps crashing. Do you have an email address I can send the file to?
