Dear Tom,
We are struggling with the actual file itself, 02. Robert G. Rough - Rainy Delay, can you check the properties of this file and whether it plays ok on its own. If so we might need a copy of the file and your XML to investigate.
Please advise yours sincerely
James

Dear support forum,
I'm trying to convert my xml file to AAF.
I'm getting this message:
Writing AAF file
Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [02. Robert G. Rough - Rainy Delay] to AAF file
Adding essence data to AAF file for portion 0 of asset [02. Robert G. Rough - Rainy Delay]
Reading audio data from audio extractor : 699050 samples
Failed to read 699050 samples
Error Extracting audio data (read 999474 bytes of 2097150 required) (Cannot Open)
Suggestion: Does this movie contain an unsupported audio format ?
No AAF file has been generated.
X2ProLE Audio Convert 4.0.29.
I tried to relocate the file and then relink it but getting the same error.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
tom
