Hi Paloma,
We will need to see the xml, and possibly the .txt file X2Pro should have made, in order to see what is happening. Does zipping the xml file up allow you to upload it? If it is still too big I will provide you details for our FTP server.

We spent some time going through these forums and made progress adjusting our sampling rates (we opened the XML file) we got rid of the problem of it hanging on .3 by re-outputting problem clips only for it to stumble on .5 -- how much of this clearing do we have to do?
