Looking at the message at the end of the post there is something a bit odd about the sample rate shown for a clip in the FCPXML, can you post it here so that I can take a look at it please?

I've tried 10 times to covert from FCPX 10.4 and even with override X2Pro keeps crashing. Ive tried several different things ton avail. Im in a rush and need this done asap..
