AAF won't connect to mono files in Pro Tools

The files being mono track shouldn't been a problem. Are you using the " Reference WAV files in place" option? It is possible that this could be causing the issue.

I sent my AAF to my mixer and he says some sound effect files are not linking for him on his end. Shouldn't be a permissions issue or anything like that since the folder these files are in have the same parent folder as other sound effect folders that are coming in just fine.

Only common factor I can find is that they all seem to be mono track files, everything else is stereo. But I wouldn't think that would matter. Either way, re-exporting those files individually out of X seems to be helping but I'd rather not need to do that again in the future.

Anyone else have this issue or have a fix?
