Hi Chris,
To answer your question, X2Pro doesn't have anything like that which could be causing an error at user level.
It sounds a lot like a permissions problem to us. Is the user account it works on an admin?

Hi Tim, thanks for responding.
Yeah i took some time to ensure that there was no "sandboxing " occurring and the same media drives are available for both user accounts. I was wondering if X2pro has preference or cache files that could potentially become corrupted at user level?
The Xml form FCPx is on an external drive, it fails on one account so i log into a different account, change nothing and it works. Does not make sense to me

After having multiple fails with creating an .aaf , "Writing AAF file
Getting audio characteristics for asset ........
Failed to open bookmark for asset ......
All media locations have been added and made available.
The minute I log in under a different OS account it creates the .aaf no problem?
Is there any explanation for this? Anything I can do at my end to prevent from happening to log in and out of different accounts to use X2pro?
