Hi Jejerk,
Apologies for the late reply. After going through the xml you sent us, I haven't been able to find those 3 clip names at all in the xml. Is that the xml you are indeed having trouble with? If not, can you send us the correct fcpxml to have a look at.
Thanks!

Hi Daniel,
Please find the XML attached.
Here are three audio clips that are missing when the AAF is imported into ProTools:
35_02_T1_LP_J12016
35_05_T2_LP_J12019
35_05_T2_LP_J12020
Many thanks!

Hi Jejerk,
This definitely sounds like there is some kind of bug going on there. Would you be able to send us your xml file? It would also be useful if you could name a couple of the clips that go missing.
Many thanks

Hi there,
I saw another thread about this issue but couldn't find an answer, so will post it again.
I work for a director who's just finished to edit his latest feature film on FCPX and is now trying to provide the sound editor with an AAF file. When the sound editor opens the AAF file in ProTools, a lot of audio clips are missing. We've identified that they're all audio clips that are 'detached' in FCPX. We've tried to open the FCPXML with DaVinci Resolve, and all audio clips were there, so the issue must be coming from X2Pro. Roles are assigned in FCPX and we've set the parameters in X2Pro so that all audio would be embedded in the AAF.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this?
Not all software has been updated to latest versions, but we cannot risk to do so at such a crucial stage of the edit unfortunately.
FCPX 10.4.2
macOS High Sierra 10.13.4
X2pro 4.2.2
Many thanks!
