Hi Gaz,

Could you try adding the media location to one above the containing folder i.e. to A099_1001N8.RDM. If you still get the same error can you set X2Pro to create an AAF on error and forward the .txt sidecar file it creates. We might want to ask you whether its possible for you to make the R3D file in question available to us to test here.

Just out of interest I have tried to export a completely different job and much smaller and less complicated and I get the exact same message relating to one of the RED files in that job...

Can you add this location in X2Pro preferences/media locations tab.

Hi I have an urgent export to get to a DVD distributor and this is my first time using X2Pro. I get the error as in the screenshot.
