Hi Gary,
Would you be able to send us the xml file so we can try and see why some of the audio goes missing? Could you also tell us which clip/instance of audio goes missing and where it is on the timeline (timecodes or screenshot works).

What I have are Compound Clips that have synced dual system sound audio in them. Multiple .wav files (1 for one lav, 1 for another lav, 1 for a boom, etc.) For projects in which these compound clips are in the primary storyline, the AAF creation from X2Pro seems to work just fine. However, the editor has some sequences in which audio is "mixed", and involves what looks like a compound clip that has the audio clips but not video. Final Cut shows the correct roles in lanes with the Index feature, but when I export out to AAF with X2Pro, this specific instance of audio is missing.
What can I do to fix this issue?
