Sound is longer than video

Did you do any audio editing/re-timing in FCP X? X2Pro uses the source files to create the AAF, so any re-timing will not be taken into the AAF. X2Pro should display a message and then create a .txt saying what it couldn't do.

I make an AAF. I import the AAF and the video in Pro Tools. The sound is now about 1 minute longer than the video on a 10 minute long video track. Meaning the sound is slower by more than 10%. Must be a frequency problem, but I can’t figure out what. Any ideas?
