An error occured converting final cut xml to aaf

The error message - not a WAV file or too many audio channels indicates that you have the 'reference WAV files in place' box checked and you are trying to reference either milti-channel wav files (not supported) or files which are not WAV. Try embedding the audio in the AAF instead.
