What version of MacOS, and FCP X are you using? How large are your wav files ?

What type of media is it you are using? Recreating the XML file can sometimes fix it if it is a bug with the xml creation.

I have used X2proLE, for this exact process a n umber of times, with the same media, off the same camera, I have read through simliar issue in the forum, but cannot find the solution,

Suggestion: Does this movie contain an unsupported audio format ?

No AAF file has been generated.
