Hi Spleenboy,
Do you have mixed framerates in your project? We take the audio straight out of the source files so any retimings will be ignored. Those messages aren't errors or problems as such. They are more letting you know that X2Pro doesn't fully support all retimings. When we say re-timings are not fully supported we mean that we will modify the duration of the clip to match the retiming (e.g. if the retiming is half speed we will double the length of the clip) but we will not alter the speed of the audio in any way.

HI there Daniel.
I'm also finding retiming issues on export.
Workflow:
Resolve 15.3
Export FCPXML 1.5 xml file (xml file attached)
Open in X2Pro (settings screen shots attached)
Error (attached).
Audio engineer reports "Out of Sync & cutting off the beginning and end of phrases" despite 2sec handles.
Any ideas welcome.
I'll try exporting an "audio only" timeline - removing all video and transitions - to xml and see how that works.
Thanks,
SB.

From what we can see, there is still around 67 retimings in your XML (If you open the xml in notepad and search "timemap" you can see the amount of retimings).
Another thing is we are having some trouble importing your XML into into FCP X "DTD validation failed". Somehow you have 8 analysis markers inside a sequence, which FCP doesn't like. Fortunately X2Pro is fine with dealing with it so as long as the XML doesn't go back into FCPX then it should work fine.

Hi.
There is an issue when I tried to convert XML file to AAF. Here I attach the report. Long story short, my previous editor has made a lot of retiming on different clips so I was not able to properly convert XML file of my short film into a usable AAF. I have done some research online and realized how X2Pro actually work, so that I have undo all the retiming on both video and audio clips. However, X2Pro keep giving me the same report of the retiming clips, even I have clean up all the retiming from my FCPX project. I want to know why and how to fix this problem. Thanks.
