Upgrades are free and can be installed from the Appstore, just log in with the username that you used to purchase it and it will offer you the upgrade.

Not sure - how can I update my version? Do I need to repurchase?? That would seem a little crazy. I've used this in the past with no issue.

The text file indicates that there is nothing wrong, the XML has 120 instances of clips with a gain of -96dB which indicates that they are disabled clips and the version of X2Pro shows as 3.0.5
Is there a reason why you are running such an old version? The version released now is 4.2.2 and 3.0.5 may struggle with newer XML versions from FCP.

There should be a text file along with the AAF which has the report information in it, can you upload that too please?

The only error I'm getting is that 2 of the files could not be Re-Timed.

Would you be able to send us your XML file? What information do you get after the conversion has completed, can you send a copy of those details as well (AAF created but had some issues)?

Hi - When exporting my film in Final Cut to an XML and converting to AAF in XPro Audio LE, my sound mixer is only seeing some of the sound clips, most of the dialogue is missing and none of the music exporting. Am I selecting something wrong in my settings or exporting my XML incorrectly?? Please help! Thank you!

I exported XML (General)
My settings for AAF :
-Discard disabled clips
-Embed the media, optionally trimming
-Keep Sub-roles separate
