We have checked and it appears that R3D have released a new toolkit for reading the media, we will need to build a new X2Pro version which includes this new toolkit, this should allow the files to be read by X2Pro.

Spitizen created the topic: Getting error: "Ensure File Exists" But all my files are there
I've made sure my media locations are correct and have checked the XML in the preferences and it says "All media locations are accessible"

The project is made up of RED r3d files.

I'm running the latest version of the app and FCPX 10.5.1

Any help very much appreciated.
