Failing to open MXF media files ?

Hi X2Pro

I used X2proLe (vers. 4.5) to make an aaf from a XML 1.8 (fcpx) documentary film in november with no problems.
Now I've adjusted the film, added a couple of new clips to the film. But now I get a long lost of media files that
X2pro failes to open - all MXF files which it opened the first time. I've. checket the programs acces to the mediafolder and it is fine.
Please help.
