Hi Chris,

I am glad to hear that removing all fades sorted the issue for you. Hopefully we can work/support with Logic in future updates.

If you have any more issues please let us know.

Daniel

Thanks Daniel, followed the advice in that thread to remove all fades and its sorted everything out in logic synch wise, so certainly looks like a logic only issue.

I shall remove the fades for this one, they never used to carry through to logic anyway.

Thanks,

Chris

Thanks Daniel, if it works ok in protools and this is simply a logic issue then for this job I can live with that as its going to protools, I just like to test it via logic first. I will test out removing the fades etc too.

Would you be able to pop over another RLM version I could use at all as a BU?

Thanks,

Chris

Thanks Chris, we will download the xml and samples and take a look at that. I'm afraid 4.3.0 won't accept 1.9XMLs.

Whilst we do so,you might want to look at this post from Paul, he managed to find a work around which might be useful to you as well. https://forum.marquisbroadcast.com/12-x2pro-professional/2039-many-clips-out-of-sync-in-logic-pro-aaf-import.html#7938

I will raise this with Product management as well since we have had more people interested in using X2Pro with Logic.

Thanks,

Daniel

Thanks Daniel,

Will email you now with a test XML.

The RLM version I have is 4.3.0 . Will this at least accept 1.9 XMLs from FCP X?

Thanks,

Chris

Hello Chris,

It is hard to say what the issue is without investigating. If possible, can you send us your xml file and we can look into what is going on. Do you still have the RLM version of X2Pro installed? If so, could you let us know what version it is and we can look at getting you another temporary licence for it whilst we look into the issue.

Hello,

Unfortunately I have come across an issue I had this time last year again.

Upon importing into Logic to test the AAF it seems not only is it out of synch with the image, but the sub roles within the aaf are out of synch with each other (for example the boom is out of synch with radio mic) . This is exactly what was occurring to me last time I used X2pro and was resolved by reverting to an earlier version (which I no longer have access to licence wise it seems). Is this a known issue with this version?

X2pro - 4.5.7
FCP X - 10.6.1
OS - Bigger 11.6
