I was able to fix this by converting the audio from the .mp4 to a new .aac file with normal stereo channels, and then a lot of overcutting. I also, and this is wild, had to overcut the video clips (with no audio) after resetting the audio channels.

My best guess is that this particular file is weird because it has 4 stereo channels?

No AAF file has been generated.
X2Pro Audio Convert 4.5.7My best guess is that this particular file is weird because it has 4 stereo channels?
