Hi Terry
Many thanks for that, it looks like we are able to create the same error back in the lab, its with development now and we should have a build to test soon.
Yours Sincerely
James

On another FCP Mac I am able to import the above (1.9) fcpxml successfully. Everything is offline because this Mac doesn't have access to the footage but the project looks correct.
There was one warning after import if this helps diagnose the X2Pro issue:
Your XML was imported with the following warnings.
Depending on the warnings, you may want to modify the XML, then import it again.
Encountered an unexpected value. (/fcpxml[1]/library[1]/event[1]/project[1]/sequence[1]/spine[1]/transition[2])

Hi James. Tim in support suggested holding the shift key down when pressing Start. It still failed. I did a screen recording to try to see when it failed and it's just after "Adding audio assets to AAF" starts the 3rd file. I emailed it to Tim.
Sys Prefs say the Mac is up to date at 12.3.1. I even updated a handful of Apps that wanted updating (Compressor, Pages, Numbers, GarageBand, iMovie) and rebooted but it still unexpectedly quits.

I am experiencing the same issue with v4.5.10. After choosing the destination, then the FCPXML and then clicking Start, the progress dialog appears showing it's Inspecting and gets through a few items and then Unexpectedly Quits.
I deleted X2Pro and then re-downloaded from the AppStore but no change in behavior.
Of course we have a delivery for tomorrow. Can we get a link to the previous version?
Monterey 12.3.1
FCP 10.6.2
Attached are 1.9 and 1.10 fcpxmls and a crash log if it helps the developer.

Hi David and Jionigro
We have just created a new build that has been through testing, I will forward you the details separately.
For reference the issue can be worked around If you did not have an xml loaded in and you go into the Preference menu and then try to close out of it. To confirm this is not an issue if you have not selected an xml beforehand
Yours Sincerely
James

Going to be really stuck without this for projects that air nationally in the U.S. on a major network by Thursday night.

Thank you both for reporting the issue, we have managed to find the cause and there should be an update available on the Appstore soon.

This happens to me too now suddenly, after working great for 2 years -- except in my case it converts fine, THEN "quits unexpectedly".
Version 4.5.10, FCP 10.5.4.
Do I delete just the app and reload, or delete ALL associated files/folders (sea attachment)?
