The greyed out bits are Pro features so not available in LE.
If you get the option to send reports to Apple that's all that we need.
It would be really good to know whether you used the 4.5.12 version, if you have not deleted the text files from converting XMLs they will detail the version used and if any of them was successfully converted in 4.5.12 that info would be very helpful.

Hi Tim I am running X2PROLE on two Macs 2017 iMac and 2021 Mac Book Pro. I am having the same issue with both. I will run conversion on both and send reports to Apple. Not to sure about if I ran 4.5.12 before upgrading to 4.5.13 I know that it was working sweetly until 18/10/2022.

I have 2 requests, firstly can you run a conversion and when it crashes send the report to Apple, this will get sent to us to look into. Secondly, can you confirm whether you used 4.5.12 before upgrading to 4.5.13 or did you upgrade from an earlier version (which?) directly to 4.5.13?

We have seen a crash where an XML is open and the preferences are then closed but this sounds different. If you can send over the console report data for that crash then it would be helpful.

Hi Tim thanks for the reply. Yes I am on version 4.5.13 which I updated from the app store on two computers. App starts to process then crashes and give Apple Crash report attached.

I have been using X2ProLE for a few years quite happily and have started having the same problem. Any help greatly appreciated. I see quite a few users had the issue start with the new version the same as me. Could you send a link to old version or beta repaired. Right in the middle of an international release.

Just had a look at the last export I did prior to crashing issues. The version I did that with was: X2ProLE Audio Convert 4.5.12 according to the text file along with the AAF.
I'm now on X2ProLE Audio Convert 4.5.13 I believe. Any chance I can go back a version?

I use X2Pro almost weekly and very rarely have any issues. Until now.
The app keeps on crashing, regardless of what kind of XML I upload (current/previous etc). I've reinstalled the app, updated the OSX, restarted the iMac several times to no avail.
I've also tried exporting an older XML that did work no problem a couple of weeks ago, and that also crashed it.
Any ideas? Needing to export XML to AAF tomorrow at the latest. Crash report also attached.
