The media we cannot access is in ///Volumes/Big Thinker
You need to add this volume.
Yours Sincerely

It says it cannot locate the media, if the media exists in the path described then you will need to check in the X2Pro configuration, go to preferences, go to the Media Locations tab and if the volume that the media is located on is not listed here please add it.
If you still have issues, please send screen shots of your X2Pro configuration and the error text if different from the one you originally sent.
Many thanks.
James.

Can you check that the file exists in the location.
///Volumes/Big%20Thinker/Eastside%20Footage/Sound%20File%20(Trailer)/14-1-003.WAV
If so can you check in preferences for X2Pro in the Media Locations tab that Big Thinker is added.
Yours Sincerley

It is saying it cannot open the media 14-1-003, can you check that we have access to where this media is located. If you are unsure, please attach the fcpxml and we can then tell you the path for it.
Yours Sincerely
James.
