Graeme,
It's all sorted now after an online chat with iTunes support! Apparently they made some changes to our account & we then had to wait for 30 minutes before logging in to the app store.
Thanks for your help & enjoy your birthday.

I'm not sure what the problem is then.

Hi Graeme,
My card hadn't expired although it does at the end of February. I've just tried another card & that still gives the same error message.
Thanks
Clive

Hi Graeme,
Thanks for the quick response. I've tried deleting the app & downloading it again but I still get the following error message:
Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/ .

The in-app-purchase to upgrade X2ProLE should work in version 2.5.1
Can you try deleting the app and downloading it again from the app store?
If that doesn't work, can you please tell me what the exact error message is?

X2ProLE v2.5.1 is now available for download from the Mac App Store. This version contains a fix that enables the Pro upgrade to work properly again.
